The Family K & J simply OWN the reality TV format. Everybody with eyes and a Hulu subscription knows that. But what many people don’t know (unless you’re Super-Fan #1 like, say….us) is that the ladies have, on many occasions, dipped their toe in the world of scripted television.
Their appearances were short, their screen time limited, but you just KNOW that Kim, Khloe, Kourtney, Kris and Kendall DOMINATED the scenes in which they appeared. This kind of glamour has a tendency to jump off the screen at you.
Kim likes to take risks – but taking on a small role in a crime drama set in the mean streets of New York (and surrounded by some very accomplished actors) seemed like an unnecessary risk, but the girl held her own! Although as much as Kim may try to lose herself in her roles like any good thespian would (here she helps the CSI crew solve an insurance scam mystery) we found it hard to stop thinking that we were watching, you know, Kim Kardashian. That’s what happens when you’re the owner of a look that’s known throughout the universe.
This trailer has a Dork Factor of 12 out of 10, but who cares, Kim looks AMAZING in it….
2. KIM AND KHLOE APPEAR ON 90210
Forgetting for a moment our deep seeded ill-will towards the half-assed reboot of our favorite 90’s show (that featured Luke Perry) ever, Kim and Khloe provided us with our favorite long-form product placement ever (check out the clip below and see for yourself). Honestly, the damn thing turned into a DASH infomercial so fast we barely even noticed. High camp!
