Lahore Qalandars Beat Karachi Kings By Seven Runs

Lahore Qalandars beat Karachi Kings by seven runs in the 8th match of Pakistan Super League 2017 in Sharjah.
Earlier, Karachi Kings won the toss and elected to field first.
Batting first, Lahore Qalandars made 179 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in allotted 20 over's.
Fakhar Zaman remained top scorer with 56 runs knock. He hit three sixes and five boundaries in his 36-ball knock.
Mohammad Rizwan made 29 runs with the help of three boundaries. Opener Jason Roy scored 26 while Umar Akmal made 25 runs, hitting one six and three boundaries.
For Karachi Kings, Sohail Khan, Mohammad Amir and Usama Mir took two wickets each.
In reply, chasing 180, Karachi kings made 172 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in allotted 20 over's.
After losing two wickets on 21, skipper Kumar Sangakkar and Shoaib Malik shared 101 runs stand for the third wicket.
Kumar Sangakkara remained top scorer with 65 runs knock. He hit eight boundaries and one six in his innings.
Shoaib Malik hit 39 runs with the help of two sixes.
For Lahore Qalandars, Sohail Tanvir, Sunil Narine and Mohammad Irfan junior took two wickets each.
Fakhar Zaman declared man of the match.
This is the second win for Lahore Qalandars in the tournament.
Karachi Kings lost their third consecutive match.
