Kanye West dropped his new video for "Wolves," which features his wife, Kim Kardashian, and sister-in-law Kylie Jenner. It's also a Balmain campaign, as teased by the label in recent days, and you'll recognize the outfits Kim and Kanye are wearing from their Met Ball appearance—remember Kim's "sexy, blingy robot" dress and Kanye's pale, eerie contacts?

Sia and Vic Mensa both feature on the track and in the video, which is shot in stark black and white. Models Cindy Crawford, Alessandra Ambrosio, Jourdan Dunn, and Joan Smalls also drop by. Fashion meets flamesssssss.

How to Find the Perfect Pair of Vintage Jeans

This article originally appears in the August 2016 issue of ELLE.
Shopping for jeans is no trifle. Unearthing the perfect pair of vintage jeans—which lack the magic of twenty-first-century stretch and come in limited, often baffling sizes—is a time-consuming, patience-testing task. Unless, that is, The Vintage Twin is doing the legwork for you. Since 2013, the Manhattan-based pop-up founded by twin sisters Samantha and Morgan Elias, 26, has been making the process positively breezy by eliminating the need to rifle through piles of aged wares. Instead, a staff of well-trained "jeaniuses" eyeball each shopper's shape and spirit a surefire winner out of the hundreds of pairs that line the walls.

In 2010, while Samantha was attending the University of Michigan, the Eliases opened a brick-and-mortar shop in Ann Arbor, providing coeds with both reworked vintage and original designs. Three years later, the twins kicked off an ongoing series of NYC pop- ups, where they offer jeans ranging from $75 to $450 and other vintage finds to style bloggers, celebrities (Bella Hadid is a return customer), and—judging by the foot traffic on one recent visit—most of Manhattan's model-off-duty population. "Girls have FOMO," Samantha says. "They will try on 10, 15, 20 pairs and then go back to the first one."
For me, it only takes two. The first, a Levi's 512, fit better than any pair I've ever owned. Still, they lack the spark one hopes for in all relationships, denim included. The second, a royal-blue, '80s straight-leg with a high waist by Lee, look like they've been tailored to my body—and give me a butt that would make Sir Mix-a-Lot proud. After Samantha crops the hem (gratis with the purchase) and Morgan applies one of the store's vintage patches (each $9—I choose a gold heart on the back right pocket), I'm in possession of my perfect jeans. Jeanius training takes "three days to three weeks," Samantha says. Here's our 30-second crash course:
1. When shopping for high-waisted jeans, hold the pair up to your neck—if you can wrap the waistband all the way around so that the edges just touch, they'll likely fit.
2. "Skinny jeans are a thing of this century," Samantha says. If you're looking for an ultra tight fit from hip to ankle, expect to tailor.

3. Break out of your brand comfort zone. "Wranglers get these cool washes," Samantha says. Or if, like me, your waist-to-derriere ratio is low, you might be a Lee girl.
4. For a no-fail DIY hem—and a crop they believe works with all heel heights—cut at the anklebone, then throw in the wash to fray.

5. How to spot a true vintage diehard: selvage. Crisp white edging on the inside of the leg seams is a sign the jeans were handmade. In Samantha's words, "The fit is sublime."

Before And After VFX Shots From Bollywood Movies

These days VFX is the most advanced technology used in movies to give the scene a more realistic look. Visual effects involve the integration of live-action footage and generated imagery to create environments which look realistic, but would be dangerous, expensive, impractical, or simply impossible to capture on film. Here is a list of VFX scenes from recent bollywood movies which looks quite realistic on screen.
1. Once Upon A Time In Mumbai

2. Kick

3. Cocktail

4. Chennai Express

5. Chandni Chowk to China

6. Ra.One

7. Special 26

8. Bhaag Milkha Bhaag

9. Student Of The Year

10. Baahubali

Shah Rukh Khan tells you how to get his 8-pack abs

It started with Om Shanti Om and since then King Khan hasn't looked back.
His chiseled abs have made an appearance in films like Happy New Year andDilwale and while he may think it's a myth that girls go gaga over abs, we are very much gaga over his. So how does he do it?
In a 30-minute live feed, the actor introduced fans to his gym, in his house (yes, it's insane) and walked them through his workout regime. We took the liberty of jotting down the most important bits for you. Here's all that you need to know:

Diet

  • He doesn't diet, eats twice a day, only lunch and dinner and no meal in-between.
  • At home he eats sprouts, grilled chicken, broccoli, sometimes lentils, and that is his food day-in-day-out, everyday. However, he is flexible when he is a guest at someone's house.
  • He doesn't have sugar.
  • He doesn't drink protein shakes.
  • He advises to eat in moderation, and eat everything and anything as long as you clock in a good hour's workout.

Workout

  • He exercises post midnight and ends it at around 3am, and then has his dinner. He works out 4-5 times a day depending on the work load and late night shoots.
  • He lifts 30-40 pound dumbbells.
  • He cycles for cardio, and does it everyday for 30 minutes.
  • For an intense workout during cycling, he wears a weighted suit, which weighs around 8-10 kgs.
  • He works out for 30 minutes and mixes up his workout.
  • He doesn't lift too heavy, doesn't increase his weights, but he fluctuates the reps.

Gym dos and don'ts

  • No music
  • No phone
  • No talking
  • Gym for 30 minutes (more or less, depending on the gym routine)
  • No AC
  • Drink lots of water
  • No distractions
  • Don't talk to your mirror reflection when working out

The video also revealed some insight into the actor's life. Here are some things you'll find interesting:

1) He doesn't want his chiseled abs! He finds them strange, especially when taking a shower, because the water runs over them like water falling on rocks. So he's changing his workout to make leaner abs.
2) He can't use a bench press because he has weak shoulders.
3) He hates cardio, finds it 'boring', plus he has a broken patella (knee cap) so he cannot run too hard.
4) He watches his favourite shows Breaking BadThe Night OfThe Night Manager on his iPad while cycling to pass the time.
5) He keeps pictures of himself from Om Shaanti Om because that was the time he initially started working out.
6) 20 years ago he used to hang Hrithik's picture in his gym for motivation.
7) He has had nine surgeries; his shoulders have three screws drilled in, he has a titanium disc, broken patella, hurt ankle, a toe that is gone, three rib fractures and he broke his hipbone during a shoot once.
8) He was a football player, field hockey player, cricket player, and he wanted to be a sportsman.
9) He thinks horse riding is wrong... (we wonder if this happened afterBaazigar)
10) The only sport he admits he cannot do, is swim.
11) His daughter Suhana does ballet, Aryan does karate.
12) He's shy when eating in front of people, so he doesn't eat outside, mainly because he doesn't like being photographed while eating (basically how we feel at shaadis).
13) Two roles that were physically tiring - Fan, because of a lot of running;Koyla, because of the extreme cold weather.
14) His favourite equipment at the gym is the pull-up bar, followed by the vibrating dumbbell, and twisting push-up bar grips.
Sorry Hrithik, until next time!

What went down at the Lux Style Awards 2016

The 15th Lux Style Awards (LSAs) are finally all set to take place tonight at the Expo Centre in Karachi — with a promise of glitz, glam, the whole shebang.
The nominations may feel a bit dated (yep, Sadqay Tumharay is still doing the rounds) but here's hoping the LSAs are able to redeem themselves with a star-studded red carpet and an event that pulls out all stops and is high on entertainment.
We give you the lowdown in real time on who showed up, who wore what and most importantly, who won what.

END OF LIVE UPDATES

4.30am

And the night (morning, rather) ended on a high note with Mahira and Sheheryar Munawar giving everybody a run for their money in their Shakar Wandaan dance.
We're reminiscing the Ho Mann Jahaan days seeing this couple together!

4.15am

And Humayun swept the award for Best Actor (Film) for JPNA. Shocker? Somewhat. Guess his comic role won the hearts of the jury!

3.45am

Much like Nabila's Best Makeup Artist win, Mahira's win for Best Actress (Film) was too, a no-brainer. Congrats to this beauty for her two big wins tonight!

3.40am

These thumkas were what we wanted to see in Ballay Ballay (Bin Roye), Mahira! Finally, some energy!
And she's even pulled in her co-star Humayun Saeed!

3.35am

Fawad Khan may have been late to the event but he made sure got his red carpet pictures taken!
Oh wow, hasn't he learnt the art of posing!

3.30am

Mahira Khan in Feeha Jamshed as she changes for her much-awaited performances.

3.15am

Ayesha Khan won Best Supporting Actress (Film) for Jawani Phir Nahi Ani, we have to admit, it was tough competition for the actor, especially against Nimra Bucha for Manto.

2.50am

Ali Zafar pays an ode to all the brave souls who lost their lives this year and the last, including our very own legendary qawwal Amjad Sabri. He is joined by Ali Sethi on stage for a tribute to the slain singer.
Ali says he'll donate 50% of his payment to the Edhi foundation.
After which celebs took to the sage to honour the great Amjad Sabri.
Sabri's brothers and sons were called on stage and presented with a Lifetime Achievement award in honour of the qawwal. Can't believe he's not with us anymore.

2.40am

Nilofer Shahid has just been presented with the Lifetime Achievement Award. She dedicated her award to the amazing women of Pakistan, Edhi sahab and Pakistan itself.
Now that's admirable!

2.34am

Booya! Another one on the money as Hasnain Lehri wins Model of the Year (Male). Aren't we getting good at this?

2.30am

But.. but.. but.. Amna Baber? Guess it's Fozia Aman's year as she bags Model of the Year (Female). Strangely, Sadaf Kanwal is way too happy for her... hmmm...

2.27am

Best Fashion Photographer award goes to Abdullah Haris, because... have you seen his phenomenal shots for Pepe Jeans? Enough said.

2.25am

And this was a no-brainer, Best Hair and Make-up Artist went to Nabila making it her 10th LSA win (woah!).

2.15am

Fawad takes to the stage with our man Ahmed Ali Butt, clearly he has become everyone's favourite. Permanent host for all award shows now, maybe?

2.00am

Best Emerging Talent went to photographer Alee Hassan!

1.57am

Sohai Ali Abro turns up the heat, again! She did admit she loves to dance, and we love watching her on stage.
Whether she has to bust some serious thumkas or do a slow dance on Kapoor & Son's Bolna this woman can work wonders.

1.55am

Best menswear designer award went to Amir adnan. Though we must admit, we feel cheated, we were really leaning towards Omar Farooq for Republic.

1.50am

One after the other! Faraz Manan wins yet again, this time for Achievement in Fashion Design - Bridal! Can't say he isn't deserving, his designs are superb!

1.45am

Generation won the award for Achievement in Fashion Design - Pret. We want to say 'told ya so' to all our readers, but we'll just sit here with a smug look on our faces.
Psst, told ya so!

1.40am

Shamaeel Ansari may have gotten the least amount of votes in our poll, but the judges saw what we probably didn't which is why she bagged the Achievement in Fashion Design - Luxury Pret award.

1.35am

On to fashion. So Faraz Manan won Achievement in Fashion Design - Lawn. We were rooting for Elan, oh well...

1.30am

Oh look who's here! The party starter! Fawad Khan is finally at the LSAs even if he is fashionably late (a bit too late if you ask us!).

1.20am

Are the sirens on? Because there sure is fire up on that stage with Farhan Saeed stripping down to a vest.
This couple is inseparable. Check out Urwa and Farhan's dance:
And again:
No, she is (hopefully) not going to slip on stage this year.

1.17am

Okay so Mahira Khan and Hamza Ali Abbasi got the Best Dressed award. Fine... maybe we were wrong about vests. They could.. maybe.. be a thing after all.

1.15am

Ali Zafar wins Song of the Year for Rockstar, because he's a rockstar (duh!) and he deserved it! You don't mess with those vocals, sir.
His acceptance speech though, is awesome.

1.10am

Noori's first ever LSA! Well, those 10 years of hard work finally paid off as the team takes home Album of the Year award. Truly well deserved!

1.05am

Just like we predicted, Best Music Video Director goes to Salman Noorani forMariam by Mooroo. High-five, readers, we can easily be the judges for next year's LSAs, what say?

1.00am

Kamiar Rokni just announced Slowspin as the Best Emerging Talent (Singer). Woot woot!

12.50am

Butt wants to host the LSAs with Mawra Hocane, but it looks like he may just be regretting that decision now!

12.47am

Ladies, to the front! Can you spot all the stars in this photo?

12.45am

Did he dare call the most hated woman on TV, a.k.a Jeena? We love Ayesha Khan though, Jeena... eh, not so much.

12.41am

Because Butt HAD to call the Mann Mayal duo on stage and then have them sing with helium voices? What is happening here?

12.39am

Next up, Humayun Saeed. His find inside the box, however, is a Lux bar, which Butt asks him to sell in his Mc Dreamy style. Not surprisingly, Humayun Saeed calls his best bud, Vasay Chaudhry to get romantic with.

12.37am

But who says he can't be serious and funny, all the same.
He called Hamza Ali Abbasi on stage and said: We love Hamza for speaking the truth. Then asked the Pyarey Afzal actor to reach inside the box, and guess what he found? A tape. Hamza aptly put it on his mouth and said, "Thank-you for banning me from the LSA."
Kudos. Well played, boys. Well played.

12.35am

Trust this funnyman to crack up the audience. He takes to the stage in a blind fold and tries to sniff out the stars! What a riot this guys is, says, "From Meera to Resham to Mahira and now Fawad, Lux has gone far... we prepared actors... for India!"

12.10am

Guess who's firing up the dance floor? The one and only Sohai Ali Abro!
Loving her energy.

12.05am

And Best TV Play went to Diyar-e-Dil, Sultana Siddiqui accepted the award on behalf of Momina Duraid

12.00am

Best TV Director went to Anjum Shahzad for Rang Laaga.

11.58pm

Faysal Qureshi won Best Actor (TV) for Rang Laaga. Sorry readers, looks like we got this one right!
Although we must admit, he had tough competition with the likes of Osman Khalid Butt for Diyar-e-Dil. Other nominees included Adnan Malik forSadqay Tumhare, Noman Ijaz for Zinda Dargor and Noor Hassan forMuqaddas.

11.55pm

And wouldn't you know it, Mahira Khan wins Best Actress (TV) for Sadqay Tumhare and dedicated her award to her father.
Did you know? Her dad's also in attendance at the awards. In the sea of people, she doesn't know where he's sitting. Cool dad, moral support ftw!
For a minute we thought Mahira was going to have a Jennifer Lawrence moment on stage!

11.50pm

And the award for Best Writer (TV) goes to Khalil-ur-Rehman for Sadqay Tumhare.
Would you believe Ali Zafar praised Khalil ur Rehman and then asked him to write something for the singer. Gotta love the guy for his sense of humour!
He beat Adeel Razzaq for Muqaddas, Farhat Ishtiaq for Diyar-e-Dil, Imran Nazir for Mohabbat Aag Si and Sana Fahad for Rang Laaga.

11.45pm

Zeb Bangash just won the award for Best OST (TV) for Diyar-e-Dil. Pretty sure our readers are happy with this win.
Other nominees in this category were Shafqat Amanat Ali, Ahmed Jahanzeb, Bushra Bilal and Shafqat Salamat Ali & Beena Khan.

11.40pm

These boys aren't going to go easy. They just joked that the only hits Mahira ever gave were her ads. But she's a good sport about it.

11.29pm

Yasir Hussain and Ali Zafar take the stage as hosts for the night. We're sure they're winning hearts of all the girls there with their charm and charisma.

11.00pm

Ali Zafar is in the house to get the party started! All he needs is a guitar and a mic and we're all ears.
And we definitely don't mind him busting some dance moves on stage

10.59am

The three stunners on the red carpet!

10.57pm

Nabila, Frieha Altaf, the Hocane sisters, Farhan Saeed and Ayesha Omar are all smiles as they cosy up for group photo

Usually we like Mawra's quirky style, but this dress is a bit of a let down.

10.50pm
